One Mile High Escape

The Location -Take the short bush track from the townhouse (approx 400m) and walk to One Mile Beach which is a fully patrolled and flagged surf beach (Early October - Mid April) and is the ideal spot for a family getaway, romantic weekend retreat or beach fishing experience. The Surf School operates lessons all year round from Swell Cafe and Restaurant which serves up breakfast and lunch. Close by is Boat Harbour beach and Anna Bay is the township where you can getsupplies with a bakery, grocery store, newsagent, a garage, restaurants and Tavern. Birubi beach is the 4WD gateway to Stockton sand dunes, hop on a tour or enjoy camel rides. This beach is also patrolled and good for swimming, body boarding and surfing. There is also a lovely cafe here called 'Crest' providing magnificent ocean views serving breakfast and lunch. The township of Nelson Bay is approximately 8.5km's away.

The Townhouse - This split level executive townhouse is situated in the One Mile Ridge Estate and offers breathtaking elevated National Park and oceanviews. On the entrance level there are two bedrooms, one offering a queen size bed and the other with two singles, both bedrooms provide built in robes, ceiling fans and direct access to a terraced patio area. The main bathroom and laundry are also on this level, the bathroom provides a shower over a standard size bath, vanity and toilet with the laundry offeringa front loading washing machine,dryerplus laundry sink and ironing facilities.
