The upper level has four bedrooms (two queen beds, a tri bunk and two king single beds), all with ceiling fans and with air conditioning in the main and two other bedrooms. Main bathroom and ensuite (you even have waterviews from the bath). Plus a first floor balcony with panoramic views.

Parking is offstreet (garage is not for guest use).

70 Sandy Point Road has a strict 'no parties,' policy. Large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
