The Location - 151 Sandy Point Road is right across from a calm water beach and a grassy picnic/BBQ area (don't miss the sunsets). It is also just 1.5 kilometres to the Salamander Shopping Centre and five minutes drive into Nelson Bay.
The House - This property is on the first floor with waterviews from the front balcony, plus a side balcony and rear balcony with a gas BBQ. There is ducted air conditioning throughout, free wi-fi, a living area with a flatscreen TV, DVD player and CD player, a separate dining room and a kitchen with a cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a coffee machine (Nespresso, BYO pods). Three bedrooms (queen bed, two single beds and a set of bunks), ensuite and main bathroom with a shower and a bath, and an internal laundry with a washer and dryer. Offstreet parking is available for two cars or a car and a boat.
Note: Guests have use of the top floor only (ground floor and garage are not for guest use).
