A comfortable holiday home near Bagnalls Beach and Reserve
The Location -The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac approximately 400m from Bagnalls Beach, access to the beach is through a pathway on Bonito Street. Bagnalls Reserve offers BBQ's, picnic tables and playgrounds at either end of the reserve. Enjoy a walk along the beach or through the pathed reserve to the Eastern end of Bagnalls, follow the headland around to Dutchmans Beach which is a lovely swimming beach and also offers a great playground and BBQ facilities. Continuing around the headland follow the pathway to Nelson Bay. It is approx 2km from the house to Nelson Bay, it is a very picturesque walk or cycle and well worth the effort. Nelson Bay offers an array of aquatic activities including our famous dolphin cruises. There is also an abundance of cafes, take-aways, restaurants and boutique shops on offer for you to enjoy. The Salamander Shopping Centre is only 2.8km away for all your holiday supplies.
The House - This well kept ground floor home is tucked away in a quiet street just out of town. The house offers a separate lounge room with comfortable furnishings, carpet flooring and a flat screen TV. The open kitchen and dining area is neat and tidy, boasting plenty of natural light. The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and stove top plus an Aldicoffee machine (BYO pods).The kitchen is fitted with a breakfast bar and two bar stools. The dining area offers a round table with four chairs and a small TV in the corner, this area flows out through glass sliding door to a private open patio area with outdoor furniture and the yard is fully fenced.
There are three bedrooms to offer, one has a queen size bed and there is one single bed in each of the other two rooms. Pedestal fans are provided throughout the home. The three-way bathroom comes with a toilet, vanity, bath and shower and the laundry is equipped with a top loader washing machine. Off Street Parking Only.
