Sitting on the sought after Sandy Point Road, you have an expanse of harbour just steps away, ideal for swimming, walking, fishing, kayaking... Follow the foreshore jusst one kilometre to The Anchorage for lunch, an afternoon cocktail or sunset dinner, or for casual Thai meal, a general store (with the best hamburgers and bacon and egg rolls) or some pamering at a beauticians just cross the road. Plus, you are only five minutes drive to Nelson Bay for boutique shopping, the marina, cafes and restaurants and five minutes from Salamander Shopping Centre.
The Cottage: A beach cottage just like you would imagine! This cottageis on the waterfront with a timber deck, outdoor setting and gas BBQ, leading into the open plan living areas with ceiling fans, a flatscreen TV and views! The modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and a full fridge.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan and water views directly out the window. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan and the study room has a single bed. There is one bathroom with a shower, plus a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
The property is easily accessible from the main road and offers off road driveway parking for your car.
There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.
