Large Pet Friendly Family Home in Quiet Corlette

The Location - This property will have you feeling like a local in no time set in a quiet residential street just 500m from the Anchorage Resort (where you can enjoy the use of the restaurant and bar), 500m to idyllic Corlette Beach and Corlette Point park offeringa children's playground and BBQ facilities. Ashort 700m walk to Roy Wood Reservewhere you will find another sandy beach, shadedpicnic and BBQ facilities and public amenities. Here enjoy drinks and a BBQ while the kids play in the safe waters and soak up one of the best places in Port Stephens to see breathtaking sunsets. A little over 1km is the only off the lead dog beach in Port Stephens, Bagnalls Beach (Please be aware of the ticks especially in the warmer seasons) Nelson Bay CBD and Marina are just a short drive away (approx4km's) where dolphin watch cruises depart daily or annual whale watching adventures begin between mid-May and mid-November. Nelson Bay also offers an array of restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping.Nelson Bay Golf Course with 27 holes is only 4.4km away.

The House - Fun family holidays are guaranteed at Neptune's Rest in Corlette, including the dog! This beautiful split level house provides space, comfort and in a quiet residential location.

Middle Level: The main entry and open living is positioned on the middle level, withfloor boards throughout, split system air conditioning (heating + cooling),flat screen TV and DVD, dining table to seat eightguests.Step through to the family size kitchen with large stainless steel fridge / freezer, dishwasher, under bench oven, stove top, microwave. and wooden bench top with breakfast bar and stools (plus a high chair). Sliding glass door access to the lower rear deck with outdoor lounges and views to the swimming pool.

Upper Level: Three bedrooms and main bathroom are positioned on the upper level the main bedroom offering one queen size bed,ensuite bathroom with step-in shower, vanity and toilet, plus sliding glass door access to one of the tiered rear balconies and outdoor dining setting. The secondbedroom also offers onequeen bed and the third bedroom has two singlebeds. The main bathroom has a shower over the corner bath (with hand-held shower head), vanity and toilet.

Garage Level: The property provides internal access to an automatic double lock-up garage where you will also discover a fourthbedroom with twosingle beds and combined laundry / thirdbathroom. The laundryoffers a front loading washing machine plus a laundrytub andthere is a walk-in glass shower, vanity and toilet for the guest staying in the fourthbedroom or perfect to wash-off after playing in the pool. The driveway is not suitable for trailer boats although there is street parking available.

Lower Level: The lower level has been transformed into a rumpus room, offering direct access to the rear yard, bar area with stools, lounge suite and a 42 inch flat screen TV. Step out to discover a fully fenced pet friendly rear yard with gas BBQ, clothes line and a private in-ground swimming pool with sun beds and outdoor setting.
