The Location - Beach House overlooks Fingal Bay Beach (patrolled from September to April) and is just one kilometre  along the walking/bike track to the Fingal Bay Surf Club, Longboat Cafe and a fantastic kids playground. Fingal Bay is away from the crowds, yet only a 5 minute drive to Shoal Bay and a 10 minute drive to Nelson Bay. 

The Property - Beach House is a modern ground floor duplex. It has open plan living and dining with ceiling fans, flatscreen TV, Foxtel, DVD player, free wi-fi, Xbox 360 Kinect (with three games), kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, upright stove and a highchair. Two large bedrooms (queen bed, two king single beds and a fold up bed), ceiling fan in main bedroom, bathroom with shower and bath and an internal laundry with washer and dryer. Plus a covered outdoor area with gas BBQ and a single lock up garage.

There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.
