The Location: This property is situated in a quiet street adjacent to the bushland setting of Barry Park, this park offers picturesque bush walks, viewing platform which is great for spotting humpback whales and dolphins and a large picnic area. The duplex is a short stroll to Fingal Beach which provides an array of activities including safe patrolled swimming, surfing and other water activities, walks to Fingal Spit, cycle pathways, beach cafe and childrens playground. Only a few minutes drive will bring you to the very beautiful Shoal Bay beach which offers boutique shops, restaurants and cafes, and of course the gateway to the fabulous Tomaree Mountain which delivers magnificent breathtaking views.
The Duplex: This duplex is two storeys and situated at the front of the complex. Entering on the ground floor you will find a living area with TV and ceiling fan, a study area and large glass doors opening out to a balcony with outdoor table and chairs.
