The Location - "Pelican Shores" is situated in the complex of Victory Court. The building is set amongst gardens and parklands and just 200 metres along a garden path to Little Beach for calm water swimming, shaded picnic areas, BBQ's', children's play ground and boat ramp. Also just a 200m walk the other way you will arrive at the Western end of Shoal Bay Beach, a pristine beach of white sands and clear blue waters, here you can hire kayaks and paddle boards in the summer months. Nelson Bay CBD is a short 2km drive withaselection of restaurants, cafes, boutique shops or amuse yourself down at the Marina with one of many dolphin watch cruises or boat hires.

The Unit - This second floor unit is beautifully appointed. Open plan living and dining area with free wi-fi, a flat screen TV, DVD playerand a ceiling fan. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, cooktop, oven and a coffee machine (BYO pods) and the internal laundry leads on from the kitchen with a washing machine, dryer and laundry sink. The lounge area leads out to a large wrap around balcony with a lovely leafy outlook and filtered water views and hosts a Weber gas BBQ and outdoor furniture for alfresco dining.

Pelican Shores offers two good sized bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, built-in robes and has glass sliding doors to access the balcony. The other bedroom offers a queen size bed and a tri bunk, also a ceiling fan and built in robes. The bathroom provides a shower, bath, toilet and a vanity. There is parking for three cars, one single lock up garage and two off street parking spots. An extra shower and toilet is available in the common area to freshen up after a long day at the beach, plus an outdoor shower.

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
