With the township of Nelson Bay a close 5 minute drive away (approx) you will not want for access to restaurants, cafes and bars or the convenience of shopping if you would prefer to eat in. Dálbora Marina is also a short drive away as is the easy snorkelling access of Fly Point which is home to an abundance of aquatic life due to its classification of Marine Sanctuary. Look for an Octopus's Garden or enjoy feeding the plethora of fish that abound.
The Unit - Sunny top floor, north-facing two bedroom duplex with accommodation for up to 6 guests. Open plan with stunning water views from the lounge and dining areas, kitchen and balcony. Sliding doors from the dining and living section lead to a balcony overlooking the sparkling waterways of Port Stephens with and outdoor table and chairs.
This comfortable unit is air conditioned and has a digital flat screen plasma TV with DVD player. Kitchen is well equipped with dining table seating up to six guests. Master Bedroom has 1 x double bed with 2nd bedroom 2 x single beds. The bathroom has an inbuilt bath with shower above and a separate toilet. There is an internal laundry with a single garage (not lockable) below the unit with additional off-street parking.
