Huge Pet Friendly House In Central Nelson Bay
The Location - This property is positioned in a prime location, set in a quiet street and only two blocks away from Nelson Bay CBD. It's central location means that guests are ideally placed for the towns vibrant and lively atmosphere, be spoilt for choice with a myriad of life style options at your doorstep. Take a stroll into Nelson bay (approx 500m) where you will find interesting and enjoyable retail establishments including boutique shopping, cafes and restaurants. d'Albora Marina is 600m from house and offers more eateries and a selection of water based activities including our very popular dolphin watch cruises. If you are a golf enthusiast then Nelson Bay Golf Club is less than 1km away, a 27 hole championship golf course on the skirt of the Tomaree National Park. The closest beach is Dutchmans Bay (known to locals as Dutchies Beach) which is only 650m from the house. It isa pretty bay with a shaded sandy beach and in the reserve you will find picnic tables, BBQ's, public amenities and a lovely childrens play ground on the west end of the bay. A little further on is BagnallBeach (approx 1km from house) which is an off-leash dog beach and also offers pleasant reserves along the beach with playgrounds, tables and BBQ's.

The covered courtyard offers plenty of space with a gas BBQ and outdoor furnishings and is conveniently fenced as this property is also pet friendly.
