From Dutchies you can follow a scenic bridal path which hugs the coast line into Nelson Bay(approx 800m from Dutchies). Bagnalls Beach is the other local beach, enjoy a walk along the beach or through the reserve, both reservesoffer great children's playgrounds. The township of Nelson Bay is only 1.5km from the house, there is plenty of activities and entertainment here including many cafes, restaurants and shops.

The main ultra modernbathroom is also on this level with the bedrooms, it offers a standard size bath, glass shower, vanity and toilet. An enticing feature of this home is its tranquil outdoor spaces where an all-weather deck is a natural extension of the lounge/dining rooms and you can enjoy outdoor dining and relaxation in absolute privacy. Outdoor furniture and Webber BBQ is provided.

Downstairs welcomes you to another spacious family room with a TV and forms the basis of a peaceful and quiet retreat, (with sofa bed) sprawling onto another covered entertaining area where you can enjoy the stunning water views and manicured gardens. To complete this special package you have the use of the single lock up garage with internal access for your convenience. Please note that the driveway down to the garage is steep. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
