The property is also in close proximity and walking distance to the hub of Nelson Bay, where guests will be spoilt for choice with multiple food outlets including quality restaurants, quirky cafes and takeaway stores – perfect for taking fish & chips to the beach! The central location of the unit means you are close to all the activities Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay have to offer. Whether its boutique shopping, paddle boarding, kayaking, watching a movie at the cinemas or letting the kids play at the skate park. In peak times there are also weekend markets held at the Fly Point Park, only metres down the street from the unit with food vans, fashion and art market stalls. Shoal Bay is also 3km away. The Unit – This light and airy, two-bedroom unit is perfect for a family getaway. Featuring a balcony with views of the Port Stephens waterways, it is ideal for afternoons watching the sunset with a glass (or two) of wine. The first bedroom features a television, ceiling fan, built-in-robe and double bed and the second bedroom features built-in-robe and single bunk bed, with the unit sleeping 4 in total. The spacious living area that leads on to the balcony has quality furniture, digital TV and air-conditioning.
The bathroom has a bath separate to shower and the modern kitchen boasts quality appliances and a dishwasher for convenience.
If the close proximity to many local beaches isn’t enough, the complex also has a pool surrounded by grass court where you can relax whilst watching the kids play.
For parking, there are two car spaces available in the under-cover, communal secure parking area.

A holding Security Bond of $500 is required for this property in addition to the holiday accommodation total.
