All this and just over two kilometres from the Salamander Shopping Centre and Tavern and just ten minutes drive to Nelson Bay for boutique shopping, restaurants and the marina.

The Apartment - This second floor apartment has lift access and overlooks the golf course, with a gas bbq on the balcony. The living area is air conditioned with a flatscreen TV, plus a dining area and a full kitchen with a microwave, oven, cooktop and a full fridge. The mainbedroom has a queen bed, flatscreen TV and ensuite, and the second bedroom has two single beds and another ensuite. There is also an internal laundry with a washer and dryer and offstreet parking for one car.
