There is a grass area to the side of the house for games and side access through a large gate, perfect for a Jet Ski or Boat. The double garage is available with enough parking for an extra two cars in front.
There is an internal laundry with a washing machine and an extra toilet located on the ground floor and within easy access from the pool area and outdoor entertainment.
