This spacious single level family house is a home away from home offering spacious interiors and modern quality furnishings throughout. The tiled formal dining area adjacent to the main living offers a solid timber dining suite for 8 guests and sliding glass doors to the rear entertainment area.
Walk through to the spacious fully equipped kitchen and family room which offers wall oven, stove top, stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, a standard size fridge / freezer plus breakfast bar with 4 stools, plenty of bench space, a timber dining table and chairs for 4, 2x bucket chairs, ceiling fan and sliding glass door access to the paved entertainment area with pergola roof, outdoor setting and 6x burner gas BBQ. The rear living area also offers quality furnishings including a 2nd leather lounge suite consisting of 3x 2 seater lounges, ceiling fan and another 42 inch Flat Screen TV.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, bedside tables, mirrored built-in robe, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and a private ensuite bathroom with hand-rails for disabled guest, glass shower, vanity and toilet. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed, bedside tables, ceiling fan and a built-in robe. The 3rd bedroom has a timber and wrought iron double size bed, bedside tables, ceiling fan and a built-in robe. The 4th bedroom also has a timber and wrought iron double size bed, bedside tables, ceiling fan and a built-in robe. The 5th bedroom now has 2x single beds, ceiling fan, built-in robe and National Park views.
The main 3-way bathroom has a full length vanity with plenty of bench space, a separate toilet and separate standard size bath and glass shower. There is a fully equipped laundry which offers top loading washing machine, dryer and access to the rear fully fenced rear yard. Other features include an automatic double lock-up garage, drive-way space for 3-4 cars and all within walking distance to Shoal Bay Beach, foreshore, restaurants and village shops. The owner has also provided a port-a-cot and high chair to assist parents travelling with babies and toddlers.
