Situated in the popular Del Rae complex this unit facing north has water views from the lounge, dining and kitchen, as well as the second bedroom, across the waters of Shoal Bay and the Port Stephens Headlands.

The front balcony captures the cool north easterly breezes and glimpses of the morning sunrise as well as views of the evening sunsets.

The unit provides the opportunity to leave the car in the allocated undercover space and walk across the road to the delightful sandy beach of Shoal Bay shores, walk up Tomaree Mountain and walk the very short distance to shops and restaurants located nearby. Situated at the quiet end of Shoal Bay Road, the sound of the waves breaking on the shore along with the panoramic view, this unit is a great location for a restful holiday.

The open plan living room features the lounge and LCD TV, DVD Player, a dining table for six or if preferred there is an outside table and chairs to enjoy the balcony and views.. The fully equipped kitchen has all the facilities need for those who wish to prepare their own meals.

The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has two single beds and one trundle bed. From the second bedroom, a great view can be captured from the window along with the coastal breezes.

The main bathroom has a separate bath to shower, vanity and toilet. The internal laundry has a top loading washing machine, clothes dryer and a second toilet. There is one open car space and one undercover.

The are four beaches in Shoal Bay to choose from; Shoal Bay Beach is popular for paddle boarding and snorkelling whilst Zenith, Box and Wreck beach are most popular for surfing and body boarding.

Please note this property includes sheets and towels, however you are required to bring beach towels.

Please note: while linen is supplied, the beds will not be made at the property and you will be required to make your own beds.

A holding Security Bond of $500 is required for this property in addition to the holiday accommodation total.
